Customer service hours are limited to customer service representatives availablility. We will respond to your needs as soon as possible, but usually in less than 12 hours. Some occasions may require up to 24 hours, but we will always address your needs as soon as possible.

Please Note: All “free ads” are completely free and DO NOT require the use of a credit card!

In no case will a free ad require credit card information. If you find yourself being asked for this information, you have most likely selected an ad or auction upgrade. Simply go backwards and retrace your listing process watching for upgrade options you may have selected, or simply cancel the listing and start over paying close attention to any options that require a fee.

Please make sure any ads or auctions placed follow, and are within the guidelines of our Signup, Term of Use, Abuse, and Privacy Policies.  Most ads or auctions unless extremely objectionable will be allowed to remain, however, we retain the right to make decisions as the final authority as to acceptable content on our website.  Our site allows for real time listing of ads and or auctions, and you may have already paid for upgrade features. If we determine that your ad or auction does not meet our quality guidelines for any reason we feel is fair and justifiable for our other current members, we will give you an opportunity to make any necessary revisions to your ad or auction, but if necessary we will refund any amounts paid on our site prior to deletion of the objectionable material listed on our site.
